A federal judge has granted a temporary restraining order stating that lawful refugees who have been detained by federal agents as part of Operation PARRIS need to be released from custody within five days.

The ruling by a panel that included two Trump appointees followed a sharp rebuke of prosecutors by the chief federal judge in Minnesota.
